Accessibility Is an Ongoing Commitment
We believe accessibility is part of creating a welcoming and equitable experience for everyone.
Making information easier to understand, navigation easier to follow, and services easier to access does not only benefit people who experience disability. Clear communication, flexible options, and fewer barriers can make it easier for anyone to find information, contact us, and access counselling.
We take reasonable steps to make our website and services as accessible as possible and to reduce barriers wherever we can.
We also recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process. We may not identify every barrier, and some aspects of accessibility may be outside our direct control, particularly when we rely on third-party platforms or technology.
When we become aware of an accessibility barrier, we will consider what changes can reasonably be made and work to improve the experience.
We welcome feedback when something is difficult to access or navigate. You are not expected to identify the solution or know the technical language for accessibility. Letting us know what you experienced can help us identify barriers we may not have recognized.

We are committed to continuing to learn, improve, and make our website and services more accessible over time.
