Where to Find Us
Where you meet with your counsellor can matter.
You might prefer meeting in person, feel more comfortable talking from home, or find that phone or video appointments fit more easily into your life.
Our counsellors offer different ways to meet depending on where they practise and what they offer. You can explore the options below and find what works for you.
-

Online Counselling
Online counselling gives you the option to meet with your counsellor by secure video from a private place that works for you.
It can make counselling more accessible if you don't live near your counsellor, have a busy schedule, or simply prefer meeting from your own space.
Online availability varies by counsellor and by where you live.
-

Phone Counselling
Sometimes talking on the phone feels easier than meeting by video or in person.
Phone counselling can also be useful when getting to an office isn't practical, you don't have reliable video access, or you'd simply rather talk without being on camera.
Availability varies by counsellor.
-

In-Person Counselling
Some of our counsellors offer in-person appointments from their own counselling spaces.
Because locations vary by counsellor, you can explore the communities where in-person counselling is available and see which counsellors you can meet with there.
Finding what works for you
There isn't one way you have to do counselling.
You might know right away that you want to meet someone in person. You might prefer being at home, want to avoid video, or find that what works best changes depending on what's happening in your life.
You can look at each counsellor's profile to see how and where they offer appointments.
