Counselling For Grief & Loss

When someone or something important has been lost, and you're figuring out how to live with what comes next.

Grief can change the way everything feels.

You may be grieving someone who has died. You may be grieving a relationship, a family connection, a version of your life, your health, a dream, or something else that mattered deeply to you.

Sometimes the loss is clear. Sometimes it's harder to explain.

You may feel sadness, anger, relief, guilt, numbness, confusion, loneliness, or emotions that seem to change from one moment to the next. You may also find yourself functioning relatively well one day and struggling much more the next.

There isn't one right way to grieve.

At Sholinder Counselling Collective, we take a warm, collaborative, practical, and strengths-based approach to grief counselling. We won't ask you to get over your loss or move through grief on a particular timeline. We'll start with your experience and make space for whatever you're carrying.
