Interested in Joining the Collective?
Thanks for your interest in Sholinder Counselling Collective.
We’re building a Collective of counsellors who bring their own personalities, experience, areas of focus, and ways of working, while sharing some important values around how we support clients and work together.
You don’t need to have a perfectly defined niche, a full caseload, or an established private practice to reach out. We’re interested in learning more about you as a counsellor, the work you most enjoy, and what you’re looking for from being part of a collective.
This is a short expression of interest rather than a formal application. You don’t need to send professional documents or have every detail of your practice figured out at this stage.
If it looks like there may be a good fit, the next step is a conversation with Kim so you can both learn more, ask questions, and decide whether you would like to continue.
Expression of Interest
What Happens Next?
Kim will review your expression of interest.
If it looks like a good fit, she’ll reach out to arrange a conversation. This gives you both a chance to learn more about each other, talk about how the Collective works, and ask questions before deciding whether to continue.
If you both want to move forward after that conversation, the next step will be to confirm the professional information and documentation needed before a formal invitation and agreement.
Submitting an expression of interest doesn’t commit you or the Collective to moving forward.
