Counselling For Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

When emotions feel intense, relationships feel complicated, and finding your footing isn't always easy.

Living with BPD can mean experiencing emotions, relationships, and changes in yourself very intensely.

You may find that emotions can shift quickly, that relationships sometimes feel difficult to navigate, or that it can be hard to know what you need in the moment.

You might also be working through self-harm, suicidal thoughts, impulsive behaviours, feeling disconnected from yourself, or uncertainty about who you are and what you want.

You don't have to navigate all of this on your own.

At Sholinder Counselling Collective, we provide counselling for people living with BPD with a warm, collaborative, practical, and strengths-based approach. We'll start with what's happening for you and work together to build skills, understand patterns, and find strategies that fit your life.
