Our Counselling Philosophy

Counselling should feel like a place where you can be yourself, not another place where you have to mask.

Starting counselling can feel like a big step.

You may not know exactly what you need. You may have tried counselling before and had an experience that wasn't quite right. Or you may simply be wondering what it would actually be like to sit down with someone and talk about the things that have been difficult.

At Sholinder Counselling Collective, we don't believe there is one right way to do counselling.

We start with you.

We'll take time to understand what's bringing you in, what matters to you, and what you're hoping will be different. From there, we'll work together to figure out what might be useful.
